Energy Healing Session in Salt Room
A salt room is a relaxing wellness space where pharmaceutical-grade salt is dispersed into the air through a specialized halogenerator. As you relax, you breathe in microscopic salt particles that may help support respiratory wellness, skin health, and overall relaxation.
Each session is 45 minutes, giving you time to fully relax and enjoy the benefits of halotherapy.
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that allows you to relax. Most guests dress as they would for a yoga class, wellness session, or casual outing.
Just bring yourself and a bottle of water if desired. Water must be in a closed container with a lid.
Food is not permitted in the salt room. Water is allowed only in closed containers to help maintain a clean and relaxing environment.
The choice is yours. Guests may leave their shoes on or remove them, whichever feels most comfortable.
Simply sit back, relax, and breathe normally. Many guests read, meditate, listen to calming music, or simply rest during their session.
Experiences vary. Some guests notice easier breathing, a sense of calm, or deep relaxation. Others simply enjoy the quiet, restorative atmosphere.
Children are welcome when accompanied by a parent or guardian. Please contact us for age-specific recommendations and guidelines.
Halotherapy is generally considered safe for most people. However, if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have concerns about whether a salt room session is appropriate for you, please consult your healthcare provider before participating.
Many people seek halotherapy as part of their wellness routine for seasonal allergies, sinus congestion, and respiratory comfort. Individual experiences vary, and salt room sessions are not intended to replace medical care.
Frequency depends on your personal wellness goals. Some guests visit occasionally for relaxation, while others incorporate regular sessions into their self-care routine.
We recommend arriving 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled session to complete any necessary paperwork and settle in before the session begins.
Occasional coughing is normal, especially for first-time guests. The salt particles may help loosen mucus and support the body's natural clearing processes.
No. Salt room sessions are offered as a wellness service and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. They are designed to support relaxation and overall well-being.
